In der Landschaft, in der Astrid Lindgren aufwuchs, gab es viele Weiden und grasende Tiere, auch auf N\u00e4s. Die Schafe geh\u00f6ren also wirklich hierher, an den Rand der G\u00e4rten. Weiden und Wiesen z\u00e4hlen zu unseren artenreichsten Landschaftstypen. Heute werden sie jedoch leider immer seltener. Aber hier in N\u00e4s haben wir diesen Kulturlandschaften neuen Raum gegeben. In Astrid Lindgrens Geschichten erhalten wir h\u00e4ufig einen Einblick in das Leben der Bauern in Sm\u00e5land zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts. Durch den Anbau von Gem\u00fcse, Flachs und Getreide sowie der Haltung von Weidetieren m\u00f6chten wir hier auf N\u00e4s ein ganzheitliches Bild der kleinb\u00e4uerlichen Landwirtschaft vermitteln. Wir m\u00f6chten ein Bewusstsein daf\u00fcr schaffen, woher die Lebensmittel und andere Rohstoffe unseres Alltags stammen. Wissen, das f\u00fcr das Verst\u00e4ndnis der Menschheitsgeschichte und ihre Zukunft wichtig ist.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full pb-5\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wysiwyg-style \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Anbau<\/strong><br \/>\nAuf N\u00e4s bauen wir Gem\u00fcse nach traditionellen und modernen Methoden an. Wir zeigen, wie man giftfrei und im kleinen Ma\u00dfstab anbauen kann. Wir decken Pflanzen ab und f\u00fcgen dem Boden organisches Material hinzu, das mit Hilfe von Mikroorganismen in Humus umgewandelt wird. Dies sorgt f\u00fcr eine gute Bodenqualit\u00e4t und liefert wichtige N\u00e4hrstoffe f\u00fcr unsere Pflanzen. Wir bauen Gem\u00fcse in Schichten und nach Fruchtfolge an. Das bedeutet, wir haben sorgf\u00e4ltig geplant, welche Kulturen aufeinander folgen und sich in den Beeten abwechseln. Auf diese Weise kann das Risiko von Sch\u00e4dlingsbefall und Krankheiten verringert werden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full pb-5\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wysiwyg-style \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Die Schafe<\/strong><br \/>\nZu jeder Jahreszeit weiden die Schafe auf der Wiese bei N\u00e4s. Durch Wiesen und Weidetiere wird die Artenvielfalt erhalten. Dar\u00fcber hinaus l\u00e4sst sich Schafwolle, ein hochwertiges Naturmaterial, sowohl zur Garnherstellung als auch als Abdeckmaterial f\u00fcr Feldfr\u00fcchte verwenden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full pb-5\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wysiwyg-style \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Der Flachs<\/strong><br \/>\nFlachs wird in Schweden seit Hunderten von Jahren verwendet, um zum Beispiel Textilien und Seile herzustellen. Hier auf N\u00e4s bauen wir Flachs an, der zu feinen Leinenf\u00e4den gesponnen wird und zum Weben und f\u00fcr andere textile Handwerksarbeiten verwendet werden kann. Der Flachsanbau auf N\u00e4s begann im Rahmen des Projekts &#8222;1kvm lin&#8220;, das darauf abzielt, das Wissen \u00fcber Flachs und seine Verarbeitung zu bewahren.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full pb-5\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wysiwyg-style \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Die K\u00f6rner<\/strong><br \/>\nAn dieser Stelle bauen wir vier verschiedene Getreidesorten an. Im Laufe der Geschichte hat Getreide eine entscheidende Rolle in der Versorgung der Menschen gespielt. In mehreren Filmen von Astrid Lindgren sieht man die Bauern in Sm\u00e5land hart auf dem Feld arbeiten, was aufzeigt, wie wichtig der Getreideanbau im Laufe der Zeit war. Es ist beruhigend, dem Ger\u00e4usch der Bienen zuzuh\u00f6ren, die flei\u00dfig Nektar und Pollen sammeln, und dabei die Augen zu schlie\u00dfen und eine Ehrfurcht vor ihrer Arbeit zu versp\u00fcren, bei der sie zielstrebig von Bl\u00fcte zu Bl\u00fcte fliegen und dabei Pollenreste hinterlassen.
