Under prevailing circumstances and financial reasons, we see no other way than to close for the year.
We now choose to focus on 2021 hope that we will see you then.
As an annual card holder, you have two options to choose from on how you want to deal with your card..
- You can freeze your card completely this year and activate it next year (full season) instead.
- A refund
If you choose option 1, we need your receipt number (starting with 190000).
If you choose option 2, we need the following details:
- Account number (clearing number and bank)
- Receipt number (starts with 170000… or 190000…)
- Name (if more than one annual card, we need all the names and personal identification numbers)
