It tells the story of how Pippi came to be and how the book was received when it reached bookshops in 1945 \u2013 just after the end of the Second World War. We learn about the storm of criticism it received, as well as the favourable reviews, and finally its sparkling international breakthrough.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"w-full\">\n\t<div class=\"flex flex-col w-full m-auto py-7 gap-7 inner-contain\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-aos=\"\" data-aos-duration=\"\" class=\"flex relative items-center justify-between w-full m-auto tablet:w-3\/4 tablet-sm:w-full tablet:flex-col-reverse desktop-sm:px-4 gap-7 \">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"flex flex-col items-start justify-center w-full gap-5 max-w-[40%] tablet:max-w-full\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"-demi text-darkGreen\">\u2018Pippi at 75\u2019<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"text-black text-[20px]\">Today, the books about Pippi Longstocking have been translated into 77 languages.
