Our food philosophy
In order to inspire a nicer world permeates the entire Astrid Lindgren’s Näs and in our work with the food we want to contribute through as climate-smart menu as possible, we constantly strive to reduce food waste and choose our raw materials and products carefully on this basis. Our menus are also seasonal. That is why we work with seasonal products and locally produced ingredients from local farms in the area and the gardens here at Astrid Lindgren’s Näs.
