Join us on a guided tour and go back in time to when Astrid Lindgren grew up here at Näs together with her three siblings, parents and many others who worked on the farm. The childhood home was restored by Astrid Lindgren herself in the 1960s, as she remembers it from her childhood.
This is where Astrid Lindgren’s own story begins.
The childhood home is privately owned and can only be visited on a guided tour.
Between 1 July and 22 August we offer the chance to pre-book a tour of Astrid Lindgren’s childhood home for small closed parties of a maximum of 8 persons. The tour takes approx. 45 minutes and can be booked in Swedish, English or German. All our guides wear visors during the guided tour. We also offer face masks to our visitors.
1500 SEK/guided tour
Admission to Astrid Lindgren’s Näs gardens and exhibitions are not included in the guided tour but can be purchased separately.
Pre-book via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +46 (0)492-56 68 00.
