The Restaurant

While visiting our restaurant, you can enjoy classic Swedish dishes such as Toast Skagen, Swedish Sandwich Cake and Isterband sausage. We also offer homemade berry pies, sandwiches, ice cream, local Swedish cheesecake and Näskringlan-a sugar soft pretzel.

We have chosen all our beverages with great care and we have a serving permit, so why not sit down with a glass of sparkling wine in the Apple tree garden.

A visit to a museum often leaves many new impressions and therefore we want you to also find rest when you visit our restaurant.

Our food philosophy

Inspiring a friendlier world permeates the entire Astrid Lindgren’s Näs and in our work with the food, we carefully choose raw materials based on these values. That is why we work together with local farms and producers.

We work to reduce the food waste and have an ambition to use what we have in our own gardens here at Näs.
